The Tang Priest and Monkey sweep the pagoda during the night and capture two demon suspects. After interrogating them, they learn that it is Prince Nine-head of the Green Wave Pool on the Ragged Rock Mountain who has stolen the precious pearl. The next morning they tell the king about this, whereupon he earnestly requests the pilgrim monks to capture the demon and find the treasure. Thus Monkey and Pig travel to the palace of the Infinitely Sage Dragon King.
唐僧、悟空師徒倆夜間掃塔，抓獲兩名涉嫌小妖，經嚴詰後，得知寶珠爲亂石山碧波潭九頭駙馬所盜。次晨告知國王，國王懇請取經僧捉怪尋寶。於是悟空、悟能[豬八戒]到萬聖龍宮。
